Meet the ‘tastings’ of The Open Kitchen!
Choose two tastings as an entrée and for the second round two tastings
as the main course, accompanied with chips and mayonnaise. Finally you end the menu with choosing one of the desserts.
Starter Tastings (small size, choose two)
Italiano Nouvello
Beef Carpaccio with rocket, olives, pine nuts, capers, pesto-balsamic
dressing & Parmesan.
Royal Salmon Tartar
Tartar of smoked salmon, red beetroot and sweet-sour butter turnip.
Salad Entrecote
Salad with thinly sliced sirloin steak and caramelized Brussels sprouts, herbsManchego, balsamic marinated beech mushrooms and jalapenos mayonnaise.
Baba Ganoush
Homemade Baba Ganoush (eggplants) with garlic and a hint of cumin. Served with pita bread and pumpkin cream.
Pumpkinsoup
Pumpkin soup with red pepper, tomato, pepper, onion and garlic
served with roasted pumpkin seeds and curry cream.

Winter Quiche
quiche prepared with blue cheese, chicory, spinach and parsnip.

Redfish with kohlrabi, baby potatoes, green beans & a sauce of red cabbage.
Truffle Risotto
Risotto with fresh mushrooms & truffle, fresh Parmesan, arugula and a truffle dressing

Köfte of minced beef with sweet potato and Raz el Hanout, served on a papadum with tomato, cucumber and fresh garlic-yogurt sauce
Moroccan Harissa
Chicken thighs smothered in a harissa sauce with stir-fried snow peas, peppers & onions served with white rice

Cheescake Bombe
Bombe of cheesecake dipped in dark chocolat,
Served with vanilla-chocolat-cookie ice cream

Warm chocolat pie served with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream and
sweet whipped cream
Rum & Raisins
Mouse with ‘boerenjongens’ (rum-raisins) and homemade eg yolk,

Venison Steak XL
Fried deer steak with a potato mousseline, vegetables and roasted chestnuts
served with a rosemary gravy and parsnips crisps.
Yakitori Ribs XL
Our famous Open Kitchen spare ribs cooked in Yakitori marinade
Dry Aged Tournedos* ( € +5,- )
Dry Aged tournedos (180 gr) served with vegetables and a red wine sauce
Catch of the Day**
Cod filet served with vegetables and a sauce and a beurre blanc sauce
Truffle Risotto XL
Risotto prepared with fresh mushrooms & truffle,
fresh Parmesan, arugula and a truffle dressing
* Instead of our tournedos we can also serve you our dry-aged entrecote of 200 grams. No additional costs are charged to you.
